Merry Christmas Cartoon from John K.

Hey folks,

here's a clip from a Christmas cartoon starring George Liquor, Sody Pop and Jimmy the Retarded Boy.

You can download the whole interactive cartoon here for a mere buck!

Here is a clip from one of the first Flash cartoons we did. In the spirit of capitalist Christianity and giving, feel free to give me some cash and download the whole Christmas cartoon here!: I had the wonderfully talented Kristen McCormick update the animation to make it snazzier, slipperier and more MODERN!

It was originally drawn by me, inked by Shane Glines. Flashed by Robyn Byrd, Annmarie Ashkar, Tony Mora, Gabe?... voiced by Mike Pataki and me and Wendy Balomben.

Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah and try not to kill anyone or give too many notes for the next couple weeks. We've had enough of that.

Sing lots of carols and roast a nice yuletide log for me!

Merry Christmas, Little John Kricfalusi.

You have brought joy to all the little boys and girls in the world. Good job. You deserve a rest.

Plus, Sappy the elf,( in the toy design department) would love to design your toys.

Anyway, Merry Christmas to you and may all your seasons be bright.

I remember buying this 8 years ago from the Spumco.com site! And I watch it every year it's become an annual holiday tradition in my household.

I just watched the clip - WOW! What a difference in the Flashy-ness! It definitely DOES look more fluid in the update. I'M BUYING IT AGAIN RIGHT NOW!!!

John-

Just purchased and watched it! It's a really great update.

The only downside --- since it's a Quicktime file, we no longer have the ability to click on the special hidden goodies! Like the Ripping Friends action figures and the unbuttonable pajamas.

The greatest improvement I saw in the update was the singing carol at the end. In the original Flash version, I remember the vocals and music were VERY out of sync (at least every time I played it). By the time they were done singing, everything was a few seconds off. But I seriously thought that was deliberately done - way out of sync to add to the humour of it all. After all, we had Jimmy singing here!

The animation of George's arms are better here too - they actually stay in sync with the music, as if George is really conducting the song. The arms in the original were just a constant looping animation. That was great too.

ANYBODY WHO HASN'T SEEN THIS - GET IT NOW! It's cheap and it's an instant holiday classic.

ANYBODY WHO HAS SEEN THE ORIGINAL A THOUSAND TIMES (like myself) - GET THIS ONE TOO! You'll be blown away by the update.

Wow!! That animation is really good, flash ahs really improved over the years. Anytime I get to see some new John Kricfalusi cartoonage is awesome, so I'm definately purchasing this quality product!

vocals not distorted this time, thus better than original version, except no easter eggs - goblin in stocking, ripping friend in box and ass elf from Sody's butt, but hey , for a buck, it's a nice cheap christmas card.

This is great, but why not a .vob or even a full DVD layout so I can burn this and share it with my friends? quicktime is not the most dvd-friendly format to use.

I remember hearing an audio clip of you pitching this to Michael Barrier a few years ago. I believe the present Jimmy got was a Donald Bastard figurine.

It's great finally seeing a full clip of that. I'd love to see the whole thing though.

This brings back memories! I was a mere tyke when I first saw this. Much appreciate the upgrade. The stuffed Christmas bear is the best.
