Eddie said the Aladdin/Pocahontas/Filmation pictures depressed him for hours last night so here are some new images to wash away the dirty pictures I put in his brain.
Hy John, I just had my first animation class today, and my prof seemed pretty cool, but he did throw the words "put attitude in your poses" out...and I thought of you.
Eddie's a Libertarian, yet you put up a picture of Stalin where he is presented as a hero. How will that help Eddie? Have you no sensitivity towards your Objectivist friend?
what's the title of the one with the little cowboy with his pants down? i remember seeing that one hundreds of times when i was a child, though i can't remember anything about it for the life of me.

John: Holy Cow! What a nice set of cartoony pictures! Just the thing to overcome bland realism blues!
Lots of good people worked on pictures like "Pocohantas." I can only pray for the day when they'll be able to work on projects that are more worthy of their talent.
Hunsecker: I love Ayn Rand but I'm not an objectivist. For me she's a respected influence rather than a mentor.
Just what kind of a friend are you, John K. ? You know the lad just won't sleep fitfully tonight until he's left with that heavenly vision dancing in his pointy head...
because it's really frustrating. especially for those of us who aren't in a position where work is easy to come by yet.
i mean i want to and try to work on my own films or with friends, but it's really difficult to do that when i'm still overloaded with freelance and the like.
i'm trying to hone my drawing and animation skills but it's really hard to learn or make these things when there's little or no work doing them you know?
it just ends up getting me down, that everything out there is so flashy or ill designed. and the few good projects are a sort of flash in the pan.
how do you suggest we cope?! just keep trying to work on our own things on the side? my deadlines are nuts right now but i'm trying.

Thanks for the mental cleanse.
Where did that picture of the tiny mouse scaring someone with a mask of Generalissimo Stalin from?

AWWWW! ODE TO EDDIE!
I HEART EDDIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that's from "Russian Rhapsody", a Clampett cartoon about Hitler flying a bobmer infested with gremlins, but I could be mistaken.
Which one is Eddie?

I'm pretty sure that's from "Buckaroo Bugs".

lol that may be true but isn't always appealing. (when I was a baby, I couldn't stand to watch cartoons that made 'ugly' faces.)
interesting anyway
Boo!

I love Porky's popping eye. That kind of thing would be referenced in Roger Rabbit (watch when he first drinks the whisky).
AHH!!! RAFA! What are you trying to do, give poor Eddie a lobotomy with that Bible cartoon?!?
Be careful Eddie. You might get so depressed after seeing that that not even a bathtub full of Prozac and ecstasy could bring you back.
i kind of agree with eddie.
