I have just discovered a balloon genius. They kinda look like the construction models at Filmation, when they would redo old classic cartoons like Tom and Jerry or Mighty Mouse in the 80s.
This is my favorite.
If you can tell me what this last one is, you are a genius too.
This reminded me of the clown with the world's worst name. Boston's own Rami-Salami, the self proclaimed King of the Balloon Twisters! He sits on a bench near this shopping plaza, plays 'Tears of a Clown' on loop and makes balloon animals all day.
I sometimes wonder how he can get children's birthday party gigs with his name.
If you click that link you will be rewarded with an image of a really creepy watercolor painting of Mr. Salami. Who looks serene and focused thanks to the help of his young audience.
I don't think Mike is far off, it's a dancer, but really, which one? I'm also inclinded to say red hot riding hood, but the dress is only around the waist...
Because all the other balloons are cartooncharacters too, I also vote for Red Hot Riding Hood... although, her hair has to be orange/red then... Probably it's somebody else...
Well, in the link John provided at the bottom, the picture is labelled "The Cat in the Hat". So, I'll take a wild stab and guess it's either Thing 1 or Thing 2.
Now that I look at it, it seems that the scissors are wearing shoes. Well, that's just logical, isn't it? Otherwise the blades would dull. Or its feet might get cold!
Why, it's good ol' George Liquor. John, you need to show us some more updates of the new George Liquor show. Do you have a theme song yet? Or any music for the show?
Uh... the last one is a dancer. That's what the creator intended it to be, thus labeling as such.
If you follow the link provided, it takes you to the page with the balloon. Each photo has the name of the character above it. (and the photo itself has the character name)
I don't know if it's supposed to be a specific dancer. But it is a dancer, according to YoYo Balloon Man.
If you said Cat In The Hat. You're reading the label wrong. This is the Cat In The Hat. This man's website is just a little skewed.

Last one must be Red Hot Riding Hood! These are hilarious!
These are awesome. Cartoon construction using limited & weird resources. The last one looks like Carmen Miranda.
Lucas Nine-
I'm not sure the last one would be Marilyn Monroe from The Seven Year Itch, as she wears a white dress in the scene where her dress lifts up.
the last one is one of those troll dolls with the tuft of fuzzy hair that sticks straight up

I also think it's Marilyn Monroe - except topless, too.

I think it's Arnold from the Hey, Arnold! Nickelodeon cartoons.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hey_Arnold!
The bottom one is a lady in air-tight shorts who farted.
- trevor.
Is it Blondie from the comic strip of the same name?
Is that last one Astro Boy? I think his hair was black though, NM

i thought the last one might be red hot riding hood?
John ,cool blog, enjoy the stuff.
and its cool that you put time on it.
Funny controversy on Pete´s caricatures.
visit my blog thanks
The last one reminds me of Dee Dee from Dexter's Lab with Mr. Magoo's face.
After several hours of staring, I say it looks like a woman wearing a big bow on her waist, holding a baby.
P.S. I love this blog. Probably the most helpful animation resource on the internet!
Is it a topless lady covering her tits with her hands?
Is it Jimmi Neutron?
The last picture is obviously a pair of scissors with a deformed couliflower sprouting from it. Really, John. You ought not to be so silly.
Now that I look at it, it seems that the scissors are wearing shoes. Well, that's just logical, isn't it? Otherwise the blades would dull. Or its feet might get cold!
I know the details are all wrong, but somehow that last one makes me think of Jimmy the Idiot Boy.
HawHawhawhawHaw!!!!!!!!
it said cat in the hat but that doesn't seem right,is it?
Is it Lil' Cathy?
A Dancer.
I don't know that Ninja Turtle is pretty f'in sweet.
I've got a weakness for them though, even after I grew up a little and realized the movies and the cartoons all sucked.
hey, is the last one mr crabs from spongebob? sans body? with bizarre growths on his face and no body... it kinda looks like him? no?
eh?
I'm confused.
:~o
those are amazing!
