Hi John.
I'm so happy to have these couple of new friends. Mmm, maybe you must create a facebook page for them as well.
Bye
Wow, these plastic toys already have more friends than me... Hey I think you should really do a short cartoon advertising these toys, but I know there's probably no time before the election. You could also have someone do a robot chicken style video using the toys and paper cut-out mouth phonemes. That would get some major hits on youtube if you make it funny!
Did you ever consider doing George Pal-like stop motion animation? Your solid character design is already there and real noir lighting would add an undercurrent of menace. It would be cool, if only for a commercial or something.
What's wrong with joe the plumber? He seems like a nice and hardworking guy.
Hi, I'm so-and-so and I approve this message.
Barack won the debate. McCain made too many weird faces.
Joe the Plumber is a legend; no, a GOD!
I propose a golden statue in his honor.
John, you and your folks need to cash in oh Joe the Plumber merchandise. I sense a new kid show premise coming on!
I'm prolly preachin to the choir, but it seemed to me like McCain looked like a stutterin, desperate little so and so. He did everything but reach up and tug on his collar.
I don't know who won, but I know that the American people lost by only having two canidates on the debates.
I read today that Joe the plumber works for someone that is a plumber so he has no plumbing license and that he is not registered to vote.
The debate was just like the others -back and forth B.S. but I think Obama did better on health care. Obama should have said a little more on Palin's inexperience/stupidity.
BTW, I recieved my Obama and it is awesome! I didnt realize the level of detail and observation in the actual design of the toy as well as the painting of it. Its hard to tell from a picture. You have to see this in person. Good Stuff John.
Joe the plumber 2012!
Hey Ryan,
send me a manly picture of you and the toys!
John, just wanted to say thanks for posting those pics! I'm happy to promote anything that is worth a damn these days! Especially toys with this amount of thought and craft. Let me know if you are short of any inkers on the George show and i'll gladly jump on board!
Ill get you one tomorrow John.
Ryan, I think they realize that picking on Sarah Palin is like making fun of the "special needs" kid at school.
Patrick:
So true.
He showed great restraint and class by not saying anything.
What? no Sarah P. doll??
Your Presidential Toys have made it into the great north known as Toronto, Canada.
I bought all 3 and they are amazing!
I wanted to add, that the paint job, the sculpts and the packaging are all so funny and well done! I want more toys designed by the Spumco crew!
Yes, a George Pal-style thing would be interesting, with individual detailed sculpts for each frame. No head or mouth replacement -- that would be cheating.
Excuse me, I have to go taunt flash animators. Darn lazy kids!
I was in NYC for the weekend and I saw your toys in the window of some store!!!

Hi Dan
what store? Were they selling them, or just using them as a display?
Your pal,
John
unfortunately I Do not know if they were for sale, the store was closed, we were walking around at around 1 AM and I freaked out when I walked by a store window with your Amazing Toys!!!
Do the toys come in the boxes you posted the designs of?
The ones I could see, the 2 in the picture, a Hillary also on display in the window (picture did not come out), and another Hillary I saw when I looked into the store, were all out of the boxes.
I did not get the name of the store, I am not from NYC I was just wandering, I know it was in Greenwich Village.
they also had those Kidrobot toys.
i will try to figure out which store it was. i do not know for sure
