Slab leaps on Donald. The bastard attempts guard position.
It's a clumsy guard and he quickly recloses it with perfect technique.
Slab postures up.
Slab is ready for some old fashioned all-American ground and pound.
He swings his swollen pooberty fist frantically, but the blows are merely glancing thanks to Donald's defensive ground game.
To be continued...

Hilarious! This is shaping up to be a lot better than the classic Yogi/Ranger fight.
Ever seen that movie Redbelt, John? It's like a 1940s film noir, except it's about MMA, especially Brazillian Jiu Jitsu. I think you'd like it!
Brasilian Jiu Jitsu in cartoons... interesting.
Man! These drawings are sick! Keep em coming!
I like that last drawing. I see the Kirby.... I guess its the forced perspective and low POV.
Funny drawing.
I'm enjoying seeing the drawings in sequence. Looking at them in installments, you tend to loose track of the narrative.
I love the way the rangers get eaten at the end of the Kaspar strip.
SOME OF THE BEST CARTOON VIOLENCE EVER! This is like Looney Tunes, wrestling, and violent superhero action scenes ALL ROLLED INTO ONE.
PS: Not to be a bother or anything, but there's still Kaspar, Wally Whimsy, He-Hog, 2 Dirty Pussies, Heartaches, and George Liquor stuff that has yet to be put on the new blog. I think it'd be easier to have one site with all the creative stuff from your blogs instead of having to search through this stuff...especially for those who I show this site that have never heard of your work.
Yeah, who needs UFC and Pride when you can have John K's cartoons? That's some real raw Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Vale Tudo style! The last scene, where Slab delivers a nasty blow from top position is absolutely lovely.
Cheers from Brazil, John!
Oh, the agony!
This is GREAT! What kid wouldnt eat this up?? What kid can't relate? This is funny as hell!
I really look forward to every installment of this story! Well done, sir! Well done!!!!
I really love these story posts you keep making, and I hope to see more. but for the time being I need to know for lesson ten of the animation drawing course, am I supposed to learn to move these model characters or simply study them? Because I'm going to try and start doing all of them.
I love these fight scenes! Can't wait for the next part!
I've heard it told some of the girl fights on these Brooklyn streets were so mean, the girls would put Vaseline all over their faces so the blows would slide-off and you couldn't get a handle.
John K's Cartoon Stories is a great title for a comic book!!! I'd love to see these all cleaned up, colored and bound together for sale!!! Think about it, seriously! If they sell well then the studios will come to you. They're eating up comic books for movies.
Wow that last page is gorgeous!
Awesome stuff!
its an UFC fight!!
How come you don't do any work for UFC? Have you approached them?
Can't wait for another Part!!!
Here here Eddie, I would love to see it animated.
