I flip for that lettering.
Forget sugar, Bugs looks like he's had too much caffeine. :)
I hate that sugar crash feeling. I wonder if my eyes go all crazy like that. Luckily, I have plenty of Kool Aid and sugary cereal so i may never have to find out. I think Elmer is coming off of something much stronger than sugar. He looks enraged in some of these commercials. and look at Bugs' eyes, they look dilated. This stuff was before my time, just a bit, so thanks for sharing John.
They used Daffy and Bugs for a commercial for Tang around the same time. I dont think they could get away with that these days.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gC4GjF38Z6E&feature=relatedAnd here is the link to this ad;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FzM_u0TuIvM
Apperantly sugar deficiencies make you go bonkers.

This is getting better and better!!!Scribner was a visionary, no doubt about it.
more fantastic stills, can you post the video by any chance?
Hey Johnnie! I indulged a box of Crunchberries, ate 2/3rds of it and within twelve hours shat a horribly unhealthy green! My system can really no longer take it.
I could stare at these drawings in awe all day long. Simply beautiful...
Arrgghhh! I'm dying to see this! I wanna freeze frame this too! I have to see the whole commercial! This looks incredible! Is there a link to the video or you haven't put it up yet?
Very Scribner-like reaction from Bugs, especially considering this is from the early 60s. Doesn't even look like the other commercials Warners was doing for "The Bugs Bunny Show" Cascade/Avery?
