Have you checked out Makinita's animations yet? He has made tons of cartoons like one about a cupcake Hitler amongst other things. Would love to see what you think of those.
My favourites are the one with Ralph leering at the girl and the one of you by your desk. Makinita may have forgotten some fingers on your hand, but that doesn't matter because it still looks great. I think he captured you perfectly.
Pardon my ignorance, this is only loosely related to the subject...but is there a way I can scan my ink drawings to where the white part is transparent? I would like to add a sub-layer for digital-painting. Surely this is possible, but darn-heck if I can figure it out. And, oh, yeah...you are a machine Makinita.
Oh mr K. you are but wonderful! If I were not a happily married man with children so fine I might ask for your hand in marriage! I am following your work and Like Makinita I am attemting to recreate your art. I have just pencilled a Stimpy and am vey proud of my efforts! when I am able to scan it I might send it to you. Oh how I LOUVE you!
What program are you going to do the digital painting in? If you're using Photoshop there are some easy ways to take out the white. I won't take up space here describing it in case you're using something else. I don't know of any way to do it at the scanning stage, though.

The many sides of Ralph Bakshi.
These are all so manly, I'm sprouting shoulder hair just looking at them.

Hey,
The Guardian (UK newspaper) today featured 'Ren & Stimpy Season 1 & 2' in 'Your next box set'

@ John.
Put you layer in photoshop on " multiplay" it automaticly makes the white part transparent.

Thanks, Sven. If your tip works for me, I know what I'll be busy doing all day.
