Toby and Skip by Harmke

Toby & Skip: Smells like trouble from Harmke Pasterkamp on Vimeo.

Here's my pal Harmke's cartoon she made in cute school. She did it all in ToonBoom Animate (which works the same way as Harmony, only is a lot cheaper)

and you can find some of her PRODUCTION ART here:Linkand of course there has to be

the TOBY AND SKIP OFFICIAL FACEBOOK PAGE

Harmke has also done excellent inking for me.

We would work together more if only Toon Boom would make their damn animation software compatible with itself!
Here's the Amsterdam cartoon unit: Mitch, Harmke and David. They gave me the tour and we ate minced meat together.

It looks a little bit jumpy to me, but that may just be my computer. Looks good besides.

Also, John, I'm still going to be hanging over you to show off some perspective from comic artists like Ketcham and anyone great.

Nice work on the backgrounds, Harmke! The treetrunk-laundromat is a nice touch, I really enjoyed that. The cuteness is lost on me, I'm afraid.

Hi John. Have you tried exporting work as .swf (flash) files? We used to do that when we wanted to combine work from ToonBoom's low end program to ToonBoom Opus. It worked, ... but then we lost some of the column information.

Aw, you are/were in the Netherlands? Did I miss out on the fun? That would've been interesting. I just have to hop on the train and I'm in Amsterdam in an hour.

Hey john recently I've been wanting to further my education in animation. Anyway I was wondering what you thought of The Animation Academy in Burbank, is it worth spending the money to attend?

Also I've been doing your curriculum and cant wait to upload some stuff and see what you think.
