I always have trouble drawing the construction lines of legs. They either seem to long to the knee or to short to the ankle. Do you use two construction circles to make up the leg or just one when animating?
John! LONG time reader, first time submitter. I'm sad to say I totally missed the Kickstarter campaign (though I'd imagine I can still contribute, no?), but am very interested in perhaps sharing my limited (though enthusiastic and hopefully up to par) skills. Please view this humble exercise and allow me to learn and grow from your experience and wisdom (and maybe have the honor of getting to do some work for you in the near future...?): http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_madapkIbd41rxz1o6o2_1280.png (Sorry about the format/filetype; I did this in the trial version of Toon Boom Animate Pro, but said version won't allow you to save or export the files without a huge watermark, so I opted to simply take a screen capture of it. Should I be lucky enough to do some work for you, I'll figure out a way to procure a full version of the software.)Thanks again for all you do for the craft and us burgeoning illustrators/animators/makers of funny moving pictures,~Ethan
Post an active link if you wish me to se something please...
D'oh! Sorry. Let me try that again: My digital inking sample.
These inking tips are great for me to learn how to properly ink my cartoon that I'm working on! Thanks John! :)
