So, who collects Mr.Clean and Tide boxes? I wouldn't be sure that they go with the Spumco toy collection but then I'm wearing different colour socks so I'm not one to talk.
John - I have to know ... what's the deal with the drawings of the less-cartoony human characters (two men: one afro one blond and the man w/the woman in the skirt)?
Holy Crap! Did you model the father from A Visit To Anthony on your dad? It would have been cool if they used your dad's voice instead of Randy Quaid's. Your dad did a great job in Ren Seeks Help.
Wow - I haven't seen that black Ren & Stimpy shirt in ages. It really brought back a flood of memories. I used to have an enormous one that I wore every night for pajamas until it was so filled with holes that it ceased to be clothing.
John-Your Dad and mine were both Air Force, mine USAF, yours RCAF,we compared Dad notes years back at the Animation Celebration 2000 We've both used our Dad's in our work, I described my Dad to you as a cross between Don Knotts and Homer Simpson, you kept cracking up about it- I said "hey, judge for yourself- I brought him with me from Texas to this thing." The next day at the reception area behind The Egyptian Theater, I brought my Dad over to you and my Dad was really impressed how respectful and genuinely happy to meet him, you were. It got even more sureal later that day, as he and I shared an elevator with Snoop Dog, he was laughing at all my Dad's bad jokes, and informing me that my Dad was "A Trip"- of course, with our last name, that would be, "A Field Trip". My Dad passed away in my arms 2 years ago, I was helping him put a shirt on, he was in late stages of Cancer he hadn't had when you met him. Your Dad is really cool amongst his offspring's offsprings, as it were. John, I want to thank you for the memories of my Dad and the hospitality you showed him, your Dad has an awful lot to be proud of.- Bill

No, I have no idea, Jorge. We don't even think I get Tide where I am. Though I've never really missed it.
Not like Cinnamon Toast Crunch which, every day, I mourn the fact that we don't get it here.
So... Tide boxes... sturdy you say?
Boy John, It's pretty obvious that your dad really thinks the world of you. Those are very touching pictures!
