So I guess the
Flintstones, B.C., Alley Oop and other classic cartoon caveman
characters lived during the Mesozoic since they cavorted with dinosaurs.
It makes me wonder how they wore furs - being that large mammals hadn't evolved yet.
They'd have to sew together 20 shrew-sized proto-mammals to get one decent suit out of it.
Thinking like an executive, would it be more logical that they'd be wearing reptile skins with scales and maybe feathers instead of fur?

Of course we won't question why we humans who are large mammals ourselves managed to be running around in the Mesozoic - we can just chalk it up to God dumping us there to test us.
