Now, "conservative" could describe the way they draw big-hipped, large-rumped girl characters like Betty and Tinkerbell. I've seen Betty on a lot of T-shirts and mud flaps, and she rarely has those trademark big hips. They draw her head sort of the same, but attach it to a 'realistic' body.
And don't get me started on Tinkerbell's new 'Next Top Model' look. She used to have a unique shape, but obviously, Sally Struthers got to her.
This is probably not what the post is about, so sorry if it's off-topic, but that picture reminded me of the fact. Girls used to be girls, but now, they're shaped like skinny eleven year old boys.
