Charlie Sheenand Ashtun Kutcher
Nice. Love the Charlie Sheen.
1. Charlie Sheen2. Ashton Kutcher3. One of the brilliant people from Jersey Shore4. Mario LopezAnd these are HILARIOUS, especially Charlie Sheen, with his narrow crooked smile!
John: Awesome Charlie Sheen! Debauched and skanky in just a few hasty lines. Hah!
these are really cool.
Hahaha, Charlie Sheen and Pauly D are my favorites out of these!
In one of your posts on writing for cartoons you wrote:"I've never heard anyone say, "Boy that was a great dance. I wonder who wrote it." or "Who wrote this ice cream?" These make about as much sense as "That cartoon made me laugh, therefore it was a good story.""...WHO WROTE THIS ICE CREAM?!!! I've just exploded with laughter when reading those words... You've just been crowned as the funniest dude on earth as far as I'm concerned. And this reminds me of another post of yours about fake cartoons and kids crying at them... God, I wish I could recall which one it was to read it again! It's like when I saw popeye and Bluto wobbling their legs after seeing Olive passing by, or the stupid walking of this guy from "The King of Jazz" animated opening, also doing something strange with his legs... Or even this rooster dancing while punching the fox, believing it's a duck in disguise, in another cartoon I saw recently... You all make me crack and had to thank you for that before I could keep on reading any further... Now I go again to continue with the post. Is there, by the way, any third part of this interview to Freleng, Hanna and Barbera, that I found at the Asifa archive? I would love reading more of that. Thank you again for the good times. Right on!! Arturo
I like the thick lines you're introducing. That Charlie Sheen is great.
Ashton Kutcher for the second one? I thought it was Ovetchkin...
Perfect Charlie Sheen.
Man. You're good.Do a side-by-side comparison between the Pauly D caricature and my Hawaiian Punchy avatar. Uncanny resemblance!
Charlie Sheen's mouth is hilarious
This has nothing to do with the thread John - sorry - Are you a Philip Guston fan? the ball of plasters in ren n stimpy sven hoek episode reminds me of his work.

your phone doodles/beautiful people are already exquisite, but i want more of these on white paper with pencils. MANIFIQUE! (sp?)
I have literally spent the last 2 weeks studying this blog. Watching everything you talk about (composition, color, drawing styles, etc.) and trying to spot these things in everything that I see. I'm a student at an Art Institute and I feel like I should have discovered this blog instead of signing up to fork over a hundred grand for there bull shit text books. Your studies of cartoons has me obsessed. It's all I do/think about. From when I go to sleep until I wake up. Without sounding like a crazy fan, just wanted to say thank you very much, and please never stop blogging. Thanks.
Do you think that you'll collect these all together sometime?
Amazing caricatures as usual John. I'd like to thank you again on you input on my cartoon studies. I really appreciate it. I've been busy these past few weeks but i have manage to upload some more studies for you to evaluate when you have time. http://artsbeatsdreams.blogspot.com/2011/02/cartoon-college-construction-ii.htmlI'd like to say I'm serious about making improvements an your advice is greatly admired. Thank you again.
Your Charlie Sheen is delightfully full of mischief.

John K.,i have no idea what a dude like you thinks of a guy like Charlie Sheen, but you have to admit that his determination to live a more honest life makes more sense then the puss-baggy approach the rest of the world has chosen to take based on the post you've put up!
