NO MY PRECIOUS JUDE LAW! YOU EXPOSED HIM

Jude Law, Daniel Craig, Heath Ledger & Jake Gyllenhaal, Justin Timberlake.

I feel a bit redundant pointing them out though. Because the drawings are good.

If Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway really bred in real life, their children would have problematically large eyes.

Apparently internet Bond fans are not happy with the choice of Daniel Craig because he's not suave or aspirational or genetically superior enough for them.

Honestly all I feel like saying is: No sir, I dont like it! (Not to your work, but that is who the guy looks like.)

@chloe cumming:

Please continue to point them out, because I can't recognise them at all. Probably has to do with me being mostly ignorant of these people/names, but I'd still like to have the names to be able to compare.

1. Jude Law (of course)
2. Daniel Craig (I'm assuming Chloe already got ths one right.)
3. Heath Ledger & Jake Gyllenhall (though I thought Jake's head is much more of an oval than that.)
4. Justin Timberlake smelling something bad (possibly Stimpy's "son")

Also, I have a question. Do you happen to know the birthdate and/or deathdate of Rod Scribner? I ask because I have a photograph of him leaning against a Porsche and I would like to put that up on my blog along with some info on him.

Thanks.

i'm actually excited about daniel craig as bond. it'll probably the first bond movie i've seen in the theater since for your eyes only

means that they're gonna go back to the more gritty style of bond movies. reminds me of james coburn as derek flint in the spy movie in like flint.

Goot stuff! Are they for personal use or a project?
It's fun when you can trash a personality and not worry about making a pretty drawing that the celeb may not like.

Seeing those big-ass ears made me think of something...

I think the Heath Ledger looks far more like (I see dead people) Haley joe Osmond (sorry, no idea how to spell that.) Actually, brokeback would be better if he was in it.

I thought #2 was Russel Crowe and the last one was Colin Farrel or Christan Bale or someone

John, you should really post a tutorial on inking (or tips, or whatever), it'd be very helpful to us animation students who can actually draw, but not ink properly...

The Spumco stuff always has amazing inkwork.

The last one is Christian Bale? The drawing reminds me of The Machinist.

Great Gyllenhall and Ledger.

Flaming headed Jude is great.
When I saw Daniel Craig for the first time via a Bond story I thought he looked like Steve McQueen. Then I googled more photos and decided he looks nothing like McQueen.
Your caricature reminds me McQueen again.
I'm so conflicted.

David - the internet is your friend.
Scribner on IMDB

You can find out almost anything by gazing into the magical glowing box and punching a few keys.

Those are great!

Thanks, Vanoni. I didn't know IMDB had any animators in their system. Oh well, now I know better.

Incidently, the Rod Scribner post on my blog is now up. Go check it out with the above link.

I agree 100%

Haha, Brokeback Mountain...
You can't watch a good movie anymore without twenty teenage girls swooning over the male cast anymore..."the gay cowboy movie" is a perfect example.
It happened in Lord of the Rings too...
