I'm guessing it was one of the Mexican cartels. If it was the Columbians they probably would have pulled its' tongue through the slit to make a "neck-tie."

By the way John, what do you consider to be the cartoons with the best timing to study from? Don't just list series or directors (i.e. Friz Freleng's cartoons, the Dick Lundy Woody Woodpeckers) please give specific shorts, please. A budding, learning animator will appreciate it.

I can't tell if that's Mickey, or Farfour (the Mickey Mouse look-a-like on some Middle Eastern show teaching kids about Islamic rule).
