There will never be another. I'm not sure how many cycles of fashion we will have to go through before men are back in fashion, but it will happen again. We, as a country and as a society, can only take so many years of teeage vampires glowering at the camera or hair-plucked Jersey losers.
I know he inspired much of your character work. Will Mr. Douglas be your muse (or one of them) for your celebrity project?
My muses are Sophia Loren, Anita Eckberg and Lana Tuner. There are others, but those three are mirrored in my older character which pattern after vintage movie stars :)
Saw him on tv today, 90 plus years, after 2 strokes and he's still going strong. What a face. You captured his mannerisms so well on R&S and I can't look at Mr. Horse without thinking of his manly chin divot.

*Whups - JUST occurred to me now that commenting on the appearance of a woman standing RIGHT NEXT TO KIRK DOUGLAS is about the stupidest thing an unarmed and mild-mannered male such as myself could possibly have done.....o-h-h-h-h, jeezus.....I am scared now.....
