Man, the presentation alone makes me want to buy everything.
The only suggestion I'd make (apart from making the t-shirt thumbnails a little clearer) would be to maybe find a way to fit a little more on the screen without having to scroll. Otherwise it's pretty much perfect.
I was not prepared for the music and my stereo was cranked up. There should be a soundtrack on or off button. I just woke my girlfriend up at 5 in the morning and now she's pissed.
Yeah, also people shopping while they should be working hate uncalled for background music.
I'm in love with the rotating 3d shop.
Dancing tees are pretty good, but maybe they dance a little too fast.
Once you select a design there should be an option to check if there's the same design in girl-tee version.
and last but not least on a 16:9 monitor (so many people got one of those nowadays) there is too much scrolling to do. When a shirt is selected it would be really good if the browser scrolled down to the models. and if there was a more obvious "buy" button near them (that maybe scrolled the window down to the cash register)
This is unbelievable, over-the-top, fantastic goodness!!!! You've reinvented the idea of the internet store. Oh Gawd, I can see I'm going to spend a lot of time here!
some of the shirts come in 2 colors. Just click the shirt and when it appears on the model, click it again if you like it. It will take you to a photo of it on the actual order page.

It's pretty fun clicking around and overall it's pretty intuitive. Love the models.
Only problem is I am a little hungover right now and the fast dancing graphics almost made my head explode. But I suppose that is more my problem than the store's.
Like Erik and Stephen Worth, I, too am having trouble accessing it, but the icon below gives away what Herb Alpert music it is.
It is Al Hirt, whose "Java" sounds a LOT like [composers Jack Meakin or Carl Brandt's] 1964 "Famous Adventures of Mr.Magoo" theme!! [And coincidentally, in a way that could only happen in showbiz--though Hirt's piece was written in 1956, it also came out in 1964.]
John =you put the link for Emily and for all of us. That was how I knew what i was. Must be getting deaf as I can't hear the song. You need to repost the whole page!Q
Got Firefox, and MAN were those clothes jumping ["Java" seemed to be a different mix than the one I have on mp3].Oh, and George L. is naked...only Firefox made it impossible to correctly post with my blogger account, so I disconnected it, and reconnected with Internet Exporer, and how much "Java" madness can a simple eediot like me take?:D
Anyway, it was worth finally getting Firefox and seeing what it was like. Thanks.:)
I love this store. I'm waiting for donald bastard to become available again before I make my purchase, but I must admit that at least once a week I open up the page and play with it for a few minutes just because it's so much damn fun!

HA! what a joy to use! love the music! congrats!
I love that site. It's really funny.
Whoa! Now that's online shopping! Funny and beautiful! How did you create that? That is spiffy!
But a quick suggestion: try to have the page fit in any resolution (I'm not really a fan of scrolling around).
Still awesome so far!

I love it!
What music is that? Something "a la" Herb Albert?
Your art is funny and everyone knows that!
So... When is it going to be operational?
I was not prepared for the music and my stereo was cranked up. There should be a soundtrack on or off button. I just woke my girlfriend up at 5 in the morning and now she's pissed.
funny site, the old man cashier is hilarious!
Sweet!:P
When i click it, nothing happens :(
Guess my computer ain't ready yet for this kind of awesomenes..
Thats a very neat store. I definatley love the music.

Please please please let me know what this music is. The boys in my office keep playing it over and over again and it's completely hilarious.
Hi Emily, it's "Java" by Al Hirt.
It's the music they used to play over lunchtime cartoons when I was a kid.
I put a link to the cd in the post for you.
This is unbelievable, over-the-top, fantastic goodness!!!! You've reinvented the idea of the internet store. Oh Gawd, I can see I'm going to spend a lot of time here!
John, don't be alarmed, but I think there's someone in your online store stealing comic books! He's fast! :P
I can't access the store when I click it. I think my security stuff is blocking it.
The link doesn't show up. Is it Flash? If so is there an HTML alternative?
The art looks great, but god I hate Flash. I had to unblock it to see the store. Also people on iPads and iPhones won't be able to see it.
Really cool.
BTW, do the shirts only come in the color shown? Are they 100% cotton and pre-shrunk?
Hey, where do I go if I want a George Liquor or Jimmy doll?
Looks great, but celebritymerch.com is still not loading for me.
Hey, it's "JAVA" !!!-- I think you meant to write "TURN IT UP!" ; )
I like the heart-warming picture, especially George Liquor
Mr. John K, your online store is probably one of the most charming I've seen on the interwebz. And I have seen my fair share of them!
I'll have to pick up some T's just to celebrate the craftiness of your store and artwork!
Hi Carmine
some of the shirts come in 2 colors. Just click the shirt and when it appears on the model, click it again if you like it. It will take you to a photo of it on the actual order page.
Thank you Mike
that was what we were striving for!
WOW! Beautiful! And the music's perfect; I always hum this when shoplifting.
(BTW, I think I recognize your cashier. He's the sourpuss neighbor from Stranger on the Third Floor! Ha ha!)
Christmas solutions? Like egg nogg?

I wish I had an answer Jeffrey.
There doesn't seem to be anything that works for everyone on the internet.
No matter what you do, someone doesn't like it.
Hi again Jeffrey
I think that problem was just with that one shirt, but it has been fixed. try it again...
sorry, we are learning as we go here.
Pretty cool John!
It's pretty fun clicking around and overall it's pretty intuitive. Love the models.
Only problem is I am a little hungover right now and the fast dancing graphics almost made my head explode. But I suppose that is more my problem than the store's.
I hope my hippie dad enjoys his George Liquor shirt, he could learn a thing or two from a pure-blooded American like him.
hahahah- love watching the dancing shirts!
the george liquor one scares me.

PS I see the icon but the MUSIC isn't playing, is what I should have said.
If there is sound, why's it silent?

Sorry agian, but what song is playing, and the link isn't there..Emily isn;t the only one who can have the link, it has to work for everybody.
Thanks,
Pokey
[SJC]
Hi Pokey
I just tried both links
the link to the al hirt record on my amazon store
and the link on the animated store
they both work fine.
Stimpy, you eeediot - it does not work on the iPad... This is what I use to surf and buy!
Yell at Steve Jobs for that...
Sorry, John K. But don't worry, I downloaded Java on SoulSeek, so mind if I play it on my mp3..cause that's all I have.
Got Firefox, and MAN were those clothes jumping ["Java" seemed to be a different mix than the one I have on mp3].Oh, and George L. is naked...only Firefox made it impossible to correctly post with my blogger account, so I disconnected it, and reconnected with Internet Exporer, and how much "Java" madness can a simple eediot like me take?:D

nice store!
This is the coolest thing I've seen on the internet in months! You're a friggin' genius, John!
John, store still doesn't work when you go to buy an item, sends you to celebrity merch, which is the root of the problem for most here.
Why don't you get onto www.bigcartel.com? It isn't restricted, no-flash so everyone can use it!
Here's my store www.tthp.bigcartel.com
I customized the HTML to suit my online folio.. I could help you with that if you wanted.
Do it!!
